Terms of service
Swamix provides hosted software and API services that let you call AI tools. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, your inputs, and reviewing outputs before relying on them. Use the service only where you have the rights and permissions required for the material you submit.
Plans, credits, limits, and any applicable commercial terms are shown in your account or agreed with you. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend activity that creates a security, legal, or availability risk, with notice where practical.
Privacy
We process account details, authentication events, usage metadata, and the inputs required to perform your requested tool calls. We use this information to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. Keep personal or confidential data out of prompts unless your use case and permissions support that processing.
We do not ask you to put secrets in public pages. Keep API keys server-side, rotate exposed keys, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Request access, correction, or deletion of account data by emailing privacy@swamix.com.
Acceptable use
You may not use Swamix to break the law, infringe rights, evade safeguards, distribute malware, attack infrastructure, impersonate people, or create content intended to facilitate serious harm. Do not probe accounts or tools you do not own or have permission to test.
- Respect provider policies and applicable intellectual-property rights.
- Do not use automation to overwhelm the service or bypass rate limits.
- Maintain human review for consequential decisions and generated media.
- Report security issues privately to security@swamix.com.
These summaries do not replace the agreement governing your account. If there is a conflict, the signed or published terms control.
